Monthly Home Maintenance

  • Inspect visible foundation areas, pipes, vents and duct
  • Maintain drains with baking soda or hot water
  • Clean kitchen exhaust fan filters
  • Inspect dishwasher for leaks
  • Grind ice cubes in disposer
  • Clean and inspect faucet aerators and shower heads
