Mile High Home Inspections will provide a fair and accurate inspection of the home you are buying or selling. Our goal is to assist you in understanding the condition of the property you are buying or selling. Each Home Inspection includes a thorough visual examination of the home's readily accessible systems, components and areas.

As part of the inspection we will:

Inspect and evaluate the entire property including the grounds, exerior surfaces, roof, garage, carports, attic, insulation, interior, Cooling system, heating system, plumbing system, mechanical system, electrical system, and much more.
Take detailed photos that will be provided as part of the Inspection Report.
Communicate with you regarding the inspection and findings and answer your questions.
